Chris is an award winning graphic designer, artist and illustrator who divides his time between New York City and Japan. A 1995 BFA/BGD graduate of RISD, he has worked for renowned firms specializing in print, corporate identity and brand environments. Chris is excited to share his creative vision through his collection of uniquely designed modern art prints & products suitable to a variety of interior settings. The series grew out of his love for design & illustration, nature and simplicity as well as a self-initiated fruit postage stamp project. The art print series has quickly evolved to include themes outside the botanical world. His designs typically begin with live observation and a sketch and are often inspired by nature, his surroundings, and travel experiences. Bold, vibrant, sophisticated, timeless, fun. Chris hopes to delight and uplift while bringing a simple modernism and beauty to our living spaces and reconnecting us with nature. In addition to his own series of modern art prints and product line, Chris’ delightful illustration work has been featured on packaging, gift sets, and posters.
