Kate Spain is a graphic artist whose original designs have appeared on best-selling rugs, textiles and tableware for Crate and Barrel and other leading brands. Kate created eye heart hand in line with her creative passions as well as her deep concerns for artisans, the environment, and honest and fair collaboration. The wool rugs she designs are sustainably sourced from a single family farm on the South Island of New Zealand, responsibly handmade by GoodWeave-certified artisans in India and fiber-origin-verified by Oritain. Bringing full-circle transparency to the supply chain is integral to eye heart hand and enables conscious consumers to make informed decisions about what they support with their purchases and what they bring into their special spaces.
