Rachel Skyman is Founder and Designer of IsleField, an American sweater brand. The collection is known for its novelty pattern work, and classic, yet relevant sweaters, scarves, and tops. Born in New York and raised in the Tropical climate of Panama. Rachel graduated from RISD, and then moved to New York to pursue her career in the fashion industry. She worked in design for some of the leaders in American Fashion, including Ralph Lauren, Lilly Pulitzer, and Tommy Hilfiger. She moved to the Main Line of Pennsylvania in 2007. A few years later she began renovations on her 1911 Carriage House “IsleField” which inspired the branding for the business. She launched the brand in 2014 at a well-known local boutique called “Patricia Adams” in Haverford, Pennsylvania. As founder and creative director of IsleField, Rachel employs her creative edge and love of texture to inform all things IsleField from its design, development, and careful curation of versatile styles to the look and feel of the brand.
