After spending years traveling and being influenced by textiles from far ends of the world, Lana has taken simple techniques and developed them into high end, one of a kind wearable art pieces. No two items are exactly alike. Most of the materials used are derived from recycled materials. Lana travelled for many years to new countries in search of the best vintage fabrics, leathers, and yarns in order to create her one-of-a-kind art pieces. Lana also spent those years traveling learning new techniques from artisans– from the smallest hill tribes in Thailand to tiny villages in Peru– and was able to use the new ideas and create beautiful modern art from what she learned.
